It's vital to report any loss straight away. The sooner you call us the sooner we can help.

Or: go to any bank with your card logo (Visa or MasterCard).

Or: call the Emergency Travel Assistance numbers on the following page. They'll arrange emergency cash and have a replacement card couriered to a Visa or MasterCard office (depending on your card) ASAP.

Or: for American Express Card members, call the American Express Emergancy Travel Assist at any time for help. If your card is lost or stolen, they can help arrange a replacement card, they can even put you in touch with an English speaking doctor or lawyer, get a message to your family or help with admission to hospital.
